Each poster from Backstory Maps is printed as soon as an order is placed, which is why it takes us a bit longer for delivery. Printing on demand instead of in bulk helps us avoid overproduction and reduce waste, which makes the environment happy.

We’re not (and never want to be) like Amazon, and we appreciate your patience and decision to support our small business instead.

For US orders, please allow between 4-7 days for delivery. For international orders, please allow an additional 10-14 business days for delivery. All prints are sold unframed and shipped in a durable cardboard tube or flat envelope to prevent damage.

Returns
Had a change of heart? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, though shipping costs are nonrefundable. To initiate a return, please first contact us at hello@backstorymaps.com. Returns are typically processed within 5 business days. If your poster arrives damaged or creased, please contact us immediately.

Due to their replicable nature, we cannot provide refunds on any of our digital file products. Thank you for understanding.
