Shipping Policy

Each poster from Backstory Map Co. is printed whenever an order is placed. Printing on demand instead of in bulk helps us avoid overproduction and reduce waste, which makes the environment happy.

We’re not (and never want to be) like Amazon, and we appreciate your patience and decision to support our small business instead.

All orders will be processed within 1-3 days. For orders within the US, please allow 4-7 days for delivery. For international orders, please allow an additional 10-21 business days for delivery.

Return Policy

Had a change of heart? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, though buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. To initiate a return, please first contact us at backstorymaps@gmail.com.

If your poster arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.

Due to their replicable nature, we do not provide refunds on any of our digital file products. Thank you for understanding.
